Shipping Policy
This policy describes how physical Bee Speed Machine orders are prepared and shipped.
Where we ship
Online checkout supports shipping within the United States and USPS or UPS shipping to Australia. Australian backplate kits ship without magnets and require the checkout acknowledgement. Canada is still being prepared and is not yet available through checkout.
Processing and transit
Processing time is the time needed to prepare an order before carrier pickup and is separate from carrier transit time. Stocked, configured, and custom-made products may require different processing times. Any carrier estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Rates and tracking
Available shipping services and rates are presented at checkout. Tracking information will be provided when it is available from the selected carrier. Tracking scans may take time to appear after a label is created or a package is handed to the carrier.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun, and additional carrier or reshipment costs may apply to an incorrect address.
Delays, loss, and damage
Carrier delays can occur after a package leaves our control. For a shipment that appears lost, arrives damaged, or is missing contents, contact [email protected] promptly with your order number, tracking information, and photographs of the package and product when applicable. Keep all packaging while the issue is reviewed.
