These terms apply to use of beespeedmachine.com and purchases from Bee Speed Machine, a business brand of BSF Consulting Inc.
Website use
Use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its content, accounts, or services.
Products, pricing, and orders
Product descriptions and prices may be corrected when errors are discovered. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; an order may be declined or cancelled before acceptance and fulfillment, including for pricing errors, unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, or an inability to fulfill the selected configuration. If payment was collected for a cancelled order, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
Compatibility and appearance
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their equipment and selected configuration. Machining marks, grain, shade, sheen, and color may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances. Anodized colors can appear different under different lighting and between production batches; these normal variations are not necessarily defects.
Installation and use
Products must be installed and used with appropriate tools, skill, safety practices, and equipment documentation. The customer is responsible for safe installation, operation, and determining suitability for a particular use. Contact us before installation if compatibility is uncertain.
Custom work
Custom-manufactured or personalized work is based on approved specifications. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of supplied drawings, dimensions, files, requirements, and rights to any submitted design.
Intellectual property
Website text, branding, photographs, graphics, and original product content belong to BSF Consulting Inc. or their respective licensors and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Product names and marks belonging to others remain the property of their owners.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BSF Consulting Inc. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, installation, misuse, incompatibility, or modification of a product. Any direct liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Florida, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
